Quickdraw Animation Society is pleased to announce the 14th Annual

NFB - QAS Production Scholarship Competition.

*Application Deadline: Friday August 25. 2006 at 5:pm*

This Scholarship is intended to assist individuals over the technical

hurdles towards making their first animated movie. The Scholarship is a non-cash award open to all QAS membersand the general public. All applications will be reviewed by a jury of QAS Producing Members andtwo Scholarships will be awarded.

The value of the Scholarship exceeds $1000.00 of services.

Scholarship consists of:

*enrollment in the adult series of QAS animation courses *enrollment in QAS workshops *Producing Membership for one year *Equipment access for three years

All applications must include the following:

*completed application form

*a cover page

*one page proposal

*current CV or Resume

*storyboards and/or pre-production art and/or visual outline of concept (please do not submit original artwork) - send copies only

Application Forms are available at QAS Headquarters
