SECOND NOTICE OF A WIFTA UPDATE:
WIFTA Annual General Meeting:

Date: October 25, 2014

Place: CAYK Marketing: 5720 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, (403) 456-0072
The offices are upstairs. Walk right into their space at the end of the hall.

Time: 10 am to 12 noon

Please find attached a copy the proposed revised WIFTA By-laws. Please be advised that the AGM will require 75% of our membership to vote on the revised By-laws. If you can not make the meeting PLEASE fill in the attached Proxy Form and assign another WIFTA member or myself (Susan Feddema-Leonard of Grande Cache)to act as your proxy. Please send the proxy by email to [email protected], or fax to 1-780-827-4799

Pursuant to the current WIFTA Bylaws, Nomination Notification is being sent out to the entire membership today on September 13, 2014. The WIFTA Nominating Committee has nominated the following people to the Board of WIFTA. These nominations are dependent on an up-to-date membership and a verbal/email confirmation of acceptance.
